Senior staff of Market Emergence have worked on dozens of feasibility studies, economic impact assessments, evaluations and research consultancy projects across Europe, the Middle East and North Africa. These projects have ranged from on-site event research and sponsorship evaluations at motor sport events in the UK to a feasibility studies for a new Formula1 track in the USA. Whilst some projects have been tightly focused on the return on investment into a particular facility, such as the retractable roof on Wimbledon’s Centre Court, other projects have explored the feasibility of mixed use development of which sports infrastructure is but one component, such as the national stadium project in Albania.
Other projects have assessed the potential for delivering major transport infrastructure within large-scale mixed use development projects in Abu Dhabi. Other projects such as annual economic impact assessments for major golf tournaments in Scotland and the mixed use development in Dagestan featuring a new stadium for FC Anzi included evaluation and advice as to maximising the economic impact for the local and regional economy. Our staff have expertise presenting projects to potential investors, both debt and equity partners, and have worked alongside investors from Goldman Sachs, Forstman Little, Clearbrook Capital and Wachovia, major developers in the Middle East and some limited collaboration with multilateral development banks on challenging projects in emerging markets.
No project is too large or small and we welcome the opportunity to discuss your requirements and how we can help.
